At Apple Creek Dental we are committed to our patients’ dental health no matter what time of the day or night it is. If you are a current patient, and have a dental emergency after regular office hours, please call us at 801-773-2252 and you will be redirected to the emergency line.

Payments/Insurance:

Payments for your office visits and any treatments can be made by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we are pleased to accept the Care Credit Card. Apple Creek Dental is working with Care Credit to give you low to no interest with your financing needs. Click on the link here for more information.

We also accept and work with most major dental insurances. Although we are a preferred provider for many insurances, we will gladly work with you and any dental insurance or discount plan you may have available. When you come in, we can give you a complimentary benefits check prior to any work done. Please know that Apple Creek Dental is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits.

Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and cannot guarantee coverage due to their complexities. Your estimated patient portion is expected at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous team is always available to answer them.
